Sycamore Lane Cabernet Sauvignon was produced primarily from grapes grown in the Lodi area, California’s fastest-growing premium wine-growing region. The wine was fermented for a week at 85 degrees Fahrenheit and after settling and racking, was aged for approximately one year in a combination of new and used American oak tanks and casks prior to bottling. Unlike many California Cabernet Sauvignon producers, Sycamore Lane produces a smooth, easy drinking style of Cabernet designed to be enjoyable upon release.

Designed to be fresh, smooth, fruity and immediately approachable, these characteristics originally endeared American wine consumers to the variety.
